for Bracon hebetor

Description: A small wasp of the Braconidae family to several species of common grain moths that are major economic pests

Appearance and life cycle: Very small wasps with a short life cycle of around 2 weeks. The adult female paralyse and deposit up to 8 eggs in individual instar moth larvae. Enzymes from the wasp gut quickly destroy the blood proteins in the moth larvae leading to its death.
