The University acknowledges that the promotion and application of the efficient use of energy within its sphere of influence are vital activities in meeting its financial and environmental responsibilities and as such has adopted an Energy Policy and has employed an Energy Manager.

The UH is Your Planet: Climate Change it! campaign is part of the University's Carbon Management Programme, which commits to reducing carbon dioxide levels by 20% before 2012.

Display Energy Certificates, Advisory Reports and Technical Tables for UH

Display Energy Certificates show the actual energy use of a building and the operational rating. They are based on the energy consumption of the building as recorded by gas, electricity and other meters. The University has certificates and Advisory Reports for all buildings with a total useful floor area over 1,000 metres squared.
