Butoxycarboxim (Ref: Co 859)
Last updated: 15/03/2023
(Not known by any other names)
Butoxycarboxim is a carbamate insecticide. It is highly soluble in water and is non-volatile. It can be moderately persistent in soils. Persistence in water will depend on local conditions. Based on its physico-chemical properties there is potenrial to leach to groundwater. Toxicity to biodiversity tends to be moderate to low. Butoxycarboxin is also moderately toxic to mammals if ingested.
The following alerts are based on the data in the tables below. An absence of an alert does not imply the substance has no implications for human health, biodiversity or the environment but just that we do not have the data to form a judgement.
