Trifloxysulfuron (Ref: CGA 292230)
Last updated: 19/08/2023
(Not known by any other names)
Trifloxysulfuron is a post-emergence herbicide. It has a low aqueous solubility and, based on its chemical properties, is mobile and may leach to groundwater in some situations. It may be persistent in soil systems under certain conditions. It has a low mammalian toxicity and is a skin and eye irritant. It has a low level of toxicity to fish and aquatic invertebrates but is more toxic to honeybees and earthworms.
The following alerts are based on the data in the tables below. An absence of an alert does not imply the substance has no implications for human health, biodiversity or the environment but just that we do not have the data to form a judgement.
