This website is free to access providing the terms and conditions are met. Whilst individual parameters may be used freely, the database, its design and content is proprietary to the University of Hertfordshire, and our IP and may not be reproduced. The PFC can be provided as an MS Access or MS Excel file as part of a package with the PPDB/BPDB or independently. It is provided under licence. For further information please contact us.
