Whilst individual parameters may be used freely, the database, its design and content is proprietary to the University of Hertfordshire, and our IP and may not be reproduced. Obtaining a copy of the database

The PFC can be provided as an MS Access or MS Excel file as part of a package with the PPDB/BPDB or independently. It is provided under licence. For further information please contact us.
