OSCAR Manual

The draft OSCAR Manual is now available for testing and comments, together with the beta version of an associated decision support system. As well as providing background information on the integration of climate change policy objectives into Rural Development Programmes, this document proposes a step-by-step process for achieving this in the post-2013 period, and a checklist of steps to take.
