January 2012: Project kick-off meeting held

The project kick-off meeting was held on the 18 January 2012 and the draft Inception report has now been submitted. The technical side of the project has now begun in earnest and a full team meeting has been arranged for the first week of February in the UK. Preliminary organisations for a workshop in Brussels in November have begun and full details will be provided on this website when the date and venue have been confirmed. A consultation exercise regarding the design, format and end user needs of the project deliverables i.e. guidance materials will also begin shortly and if you would like to participate please keep an eye on this website and register your details via our contacts page.

May 2012: Draft OSCAR Manual and Checklist released

The initial draft version of the OSCAR Manual and Checklist have today been released online for comments from interested parties. May 2012: Draft OSCAR decision support tool released

September 2012: Stakeholder workshop date announced

The OSCAR Stakeholder Workshop will be held on November the 22nd 2012 in Brussels, at which interested parties will have the opportunity to learn more about the project and the Manual and Tool produced,and to feedback any comments they may have.
